ETIENNE ON THE LEFT, EMILIEN ON THE RIGHT
I ENDED UP MAKING THEM TWINS. not identical, their markings differ, their hair are slightly a different coloration, etc, but they're pretty darn close
ANYWAYS etienne aka tee replaced his brother, emilien aka em after he died in an accident of sorts that's to be decided later.... tee was originally kind of a manlier guy and looked up to his brother. tee never really knew what he was doing in life, he switched jobs a lot, and never really knew what he wanted to do either. he always envied his brothers success in running the flower shop he had built the business with his own two hands
when em died, tee died technically as well. tee became his replacement- he wore his clothes (and his apron that he values a lot), his personality softened into something considered feminine, and in the end he pretty much became his brother; with the help of his parents that had ended up so distraught over the loss of one of their sons, since they actually just kind of unknowingly forced him, saying he was the only one left of the two now and what would they do without em and so on and so forth
he found a new life through em's death and after becoming him, and actually as a result is satisfied and more importantly content. while he misses his brother dearly and still cries over what happened, he took his death and made something good out of an awful situation that probably would've mentally handicapped him and actually did for the first few months.
marshall finds this all out when he goes through some photo books, and although tee isn't too bothered by him finding out, he's still embarrassed at his past self. what a cute.
